Harmonica
Does Harmonica really work with my lips?
Yes! Harmonica is designed to be played with your lips. However, there’s nothing stopping you from playing Harmonica with your fingers if you’d prefer.
What do the two big buttons do?
Harmonica plays single “blow” notes by default. Holding down the Draw button (the button with the arrows) tells Harmonica to play “draw” notes instead of “blow” notes. Holding down the Chord button (the button with the squares) tells Harmonica to play chords instead of single notes. You can hold down both the Draw button and Chord button together to play draw chords.
What is a “blow” note and “draw” note?
Harmonicas make a different note depending on if you are blowing air out, or sucking air in. The note produced when you blow out is called a “blow” note. The note produced when you suck (or draw) air in is called a “draw” note.
What is a “chord”?
A chord is produced when you blow air into multiple holes on the Harmonica at the same time.
What key is the Harmonica in?
The Harmonica is available in all 12 keys, i.e. G, Ab, A, Bb, B, C, C#, D, Eb, E, F, and F#,
